How to maintain and care for stainless steel colloid mills of different sizes? (Figure 1)

1. Connect the inlet or inlet pipe to the outlet, then connect to the distributor, and finally connect to the cooling water pipe (whether a cooling water pipe is needed depends on the need).

2. Install a power starting device (install a leakage protection switch, if air conditioning users can be equipped with an ammeter and indicator light), paying special attention to the direction of the starting operation. Check whether the running direction of the grinding plate is consistent with the "red rotation direction sign" on the gel.

3. Adjust the gap between the grinding plates. Turn on the power, and the two handles on the two handles will rotate counterclockwise. A slight rubbing will immediately stop. Generally speaking, the gap between grinding discs is fixed, and as much as possible, it meets the requirements of large cities that handle materials.

4. Connect the cooling water (depending on the needs of the cooling water pipe), start the colloid mill normally, add an appropriate amount of water or other processed materials to the feeding bucket, and then put it into grinding and processing production.

5. If it is the first time using or has been out of use for a long time, it should be thoroughly cleaned and kept clean. The cleaning method involves adding water to the battle, or adding liquids related to liquids to the processing material, and activating it to clean the internal components of the glue mill.
